A la Carte
APPETIZER
Koji Spiced Peanuts – 250
The kind of snack you reach for once and cant stop. House roasted peanuts warm with cumin, kissed with lime and dried chilli
Chau Chau Saadeko – 225
Crunchy instant noodles tossed with fresh vegetables, zesty lemon and authentic nepali spices
Fire Chips – 350
Thin, crispy dangerously moreish. Our potato chips are seasoned with a smoky pice blend born from the same fire that powers our kitchen.
Tuna & Sesame Crackers – 300
A bite that does everything at once crunch from rice cracker, richness from seasoned tuna, heat from siracha mayo, brightness from pickle cucumber.
Sandwich
Katsu Sando – 525
The sandwich people photograph before they eat. Thick panko-breaded chicken, fried until the crust is perfect, nestled in pillowy milk bread with shredded cabbage, tonkatsu sauce and a touch of Dijon.
Tamago Sando – 450
Japan's most beloved convenience store sandwich -elevated. Soft-boiled eggs folded into kewpie mayo, creamy and cloud-like, between slices of milk bread. It sounds understated.
Koji Gochujang Sando – 550
For those who want fire. Grilled chicken glazed in Korean gochujang mayo — smoky, spicy, slightly sweet topped with crisp Asian slaw and pickled cucumber in a toasted sesame bun
ENTREES
Rice Noodles – 400
Slippery and bouncy bite seasoned with our soy dressing and tossed with green herebs.
Chicken Liver Parfait & Toast – 300
Smooth, rich spread served with toasted bread and our homemade apple chutney.
Vietnamese Spring Rolls – 425
Light, refreshing handheld salads wrapped in delicate, translucent rice paper
Siracha Chicken Strips – 380
Tender, white-meat chicken strips coated in a bold, savory, and spicy glaze or batter infused with sriracha hot sauce.
Japanese Karaage – 475
A popular Japanese cooking technique where bite-sized pieces of meat, seafood, or tofu are marinated, lightly dredged in potato starch or flour, and deep-fried.
Miso Crispy Tofu - 400
A cornstarch-coated tofu tossed in a sweet, sticky, and caramelized miso
Pasta
Tokyo Butter Spaghetti – 620
The first forkful will surprise you. Spaghetti coated in Japanese soy butter — nutty, rich, deeply savoury — with garlic chicken, mushrooms and spring onion.
Koji Aglio E Olio – 550
A bowl of calm. Just spaghetti, chilli-infused garlic oil, crispy shallots and fresh herbs. No fuss, no noise—just the kind of quiet, honest flavour that reminds you that the best things are always simple.
Coconut Lime Spaghetti – 600
Our most quietly addictive dish. Fragrant coconut cream, bright lemongrass, soft spaghetti. It doesn't shout. It just lingers — warm and tropical and completely unlike anything else on this menu.
Firewood Specials
Whole Roasted Chicken - 1850
This is why we built the firewood kitchen. A whole chicken, marinated overnight in lemongrass, miso and garlic, slow-roasted over open woodfire until the skin is lacquered and the meat pulls apart at the touch.
Wood Fired Pork Chop - 1200
Five-spice rubbed and charred hard over open fire until the outside is deeply caramelised and smoky. Rested in soy-garlic butter until the juices run back in.
Whole Charred Fish - 1300
Market-fresh whole fish, stuffed with lemongrass, ginger and garlic, placed directly over the fire until the skin chars and the flesh steams from within.
Wood Fire Miso Tofu - 900
Thick slabs of firm tofu, charred over firewood until golden and smoky, then glazed in white miso and sesame. The fire does something to tofu that a pan simply cannot.
SIDE DISH
Sesame Slaw - 300
The side that earns its place. Shredded cabbage, carrot and spring onion in a sesame-rice vinegar dressing—crisp, refreshing and sharp enough to cut through anything from the firewood kitchen.
Jasmine Rice - 300
Fragrant, perfectly steamed, and essential. Somethings don't need improving. This is one of them.
Wok Tossed Greens- 375
Seasonal vegetables hit fast in a smoking-hot wok with garlic and oyster sauce. Thirty seconds of fire, a lifetime of satisfaction.
Garlic Fried Rice - 400
Wok-fried jasmine rice, fragrant with garlic, rich with egg and soy. The kind of fried rice that makes you wonder why you ever ordered plain rice. Add chicken or tofu- or eat it as it is.
